Anna Torgerson holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Minnesota, Duluth. A Minnesota native, she has enjoyed singing since childhood, participating in the Minnesota Opera's 'Project Opera' youth program and summer camps. Anna enjoys singing in a variety of musical styles including opera, jazz, pop, and a cappella. Highlights from her singing career include working as the soprano section lead with the Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra Chorus, UMD University Singers, UMD Vocal Jazz, and UMD Opera Studio where she performed multiple lead roles in opera scenes and productions, including the role of Rose in Street Scene. She has also performed with MN-based opera company Mixed Precipitation, professional choral group “From Age to Age”, and various gigs in cover bands over the years. During the holiday season, Anna enjoys singing with the Mistletones of Minnesota. Anna works full-time with Schubert Club as an Artist and Event Manager, and loves living a life dedicated to all-things-music!

Christina Case is the leader and founding member of Minor Mischief A Cappella. A graduate of the University of Minnesota Duluth, Christina had the privilege of studying under the late, great Dr. Tina Theilen-Gaffey in her vocal jazz groups, Lake Effect and Chill Factor. With a career rooted in a cappella, Christina's experience spans a wide range of musical genres. She currently performs in several corporate, dance, and wedding bands, and has experience with burlesque shows, Cruise Ships, and studio recording work. In addition, she leads the festive Mistletones of Minnesota, a beloved holiday caroling group. Outside of music, Christina enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and exploring new culinary delights. She is also an avid reader, often curling up with a good fantasy book or suspense novel, with Stephen King being a personal favorite.

Ricky Pierce holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a vocal emphasis and a minor in theatre from the University of Minnesota, Duluth. He has been performing professionally ever since, embracing a wide range of artistic pursuits. Ricky describes himself as a versatile performer, with experience across theatre (both stage and screen), opera, chamber singing, large ensembles, vocal jazz, and, most recently, a cappella music. Prior to relocating to the Twin Cities in 2018, he had the pleasure of performing in numerous roles in productions at the Duluth Playhouse. Some of his favorite roles include Lippo Fiorentino in Kurt Weill’s Street Scene (UMD), The Duke in Verdi’s Rigoletto (UMD), The Pharaoh and Judah in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (The Duluth Playhouse), and Tabaqui in The Jungle Book (The Duluth Playhouse - Theatre for Young Audiences). During the holiday season, Ricky performs alongside other members of Minor Mischief in the Mistletones of Minnesota. A founding member, Ricky has been performing with Minor Mischief since its inception in 2020, along with Anna, Christina, and Luke. Outside of his performing career, Ricky enjoys relaxing with a good book in a hammock, playing tennis, shopping, and cherishing time with his two beloved cats, Brad and Phil.

From a young age, Nic Fairbanks has always been drawn to music and the performing arts. Nic started his musical journey at the age of six when he first began playing piano, which then quickly expanded to school choir and theatre productions during the rest of his time in K-12. He graduated high school with dozens of piano recitals, choir performances, and theatre productions under his belt. Nic then went on a musical hiatus during his college years while he pursued other passions and career opportunities, but he was fortunately reintroduced to singing through Minor Mischief due to some amazing mutual friends. Nic has spent the last four years with MMA honing and reigniting his love for music, and has enjoyed every second of singing bass with his talented friends. When not performing or working at his job as a Training Consultant, Nic loves traveling the world with his lovely and supportive wife, Cassi, taking trips up to the cabin with his rascally dog, Reggie, and nerding out on games and movies with his best friends.

Luke Ericksen is an accomplished vocalist with extensive experience in a variety of a cappella and jazz ensembles. He began his musical journey at the University of Minnesota Duluth, where he sang in the esteemed Vocal Jazz Ensemble under the direction of Tina Thielen-Gaffey. His vocal prowess continued to flourish as he performed for two years with the professional a cappella group The Sound Exchange.

For the past four years, Luke has been an active member of both Minor Mischief A Cappella and The Mistletones of Minnesota, two renowned groups that showcase his versatility and dedication to the a cappella community.

​Luke’s performances have taken him across the United States and around the world. Notable highlights include a performance at the iconic Apollo Theater in Harlem, New York, and various performances across Ireland and Moscow, Russia. His international experiences reflect his deep commitment to sharing his passion for music with audiences far and wide, contributing to his reputation as a versatile and well-traveled performer.
